We don’t have cable TV in the ghetto – Wizkid says as he reveals why his parents still lives there (VIDEO)


Award winning musician, Wizkid is no doubt one of those putting Nigeria on the World map with his music and recently, he also tainted our name in public.

Speaking in a live radio interview with Real 92.3 FM in the United States, he revealed why his parents still lives in the ghetto despite getting them a house in Lekki and described in poor terms what Nigerian ghetto is like.

He said:

My parents are still living in the ghetto, They refused to move to Lekki, I just got them a nice house and better place in Ojuelegba.

And when asked if Nigerian ghetto has cable TV and Internet like the American ghetto, he replied that it’s very different as Nigerians don’t enjoy cable TV in the ghetto.
