1. Geostorm

This movie is showing for the first time today and will be showing althrough the weekend plus it is a must watch. After an unprecedented series of natural disasters threaten the planet, the world’s leaders come together to create an intricate network of satellites to control the global climate and keep everyone safe. But now, something has gone wrong: the system built to protect Earth is attacking it, and it becomes a race against the clock to uncover the real threat before a worldwide geostorm wipes out everything and everyone along with it.

2. Happy Death Day

A blissfully self-centered college girl wakes up on her birthday in the bed of a student named Carter. As the morning goes on, she gets the creepy k feeling that she’s experienced the events of this day before. When a masked killer suddenly takes her life in a brutal attack, she once again magically wakes up in Carter’s dorm room unharmed. Now, the frightened young woman must relive the same day over and over until she figures out who murdered her.

3. Excess Luggage:

This Nollywood rib cracker features an illiterate village man and his family who are headed to a church summit but their car breaks down, they have no choice but to stay with an unfriendly but wealthy/sophisticated family member. 4. Secret Superstar:
A young Muslim girl, aspires to become a singer but faces restrictions from her conservative father. As fate would have it, she happens to cross paths with a musician and this l unfolds into an exciting journey. This movie is over two hours, so relax because you’re in for a ride.

5. Una: A young woman’s confronts her former neighbour and this threatens to derail his new life and her stability.

6. Victoria and Abdul:

Abdul Karim arrives from India to participate in Queen Victoria’s golden jubilee. The young clerk is surprised to find favor with the queen herself. As Victoria questions the constrictions of her long-held position, the two forge an unlikely and devoted alliance that her household and inner circle try to destroy. As their friendship deepens, the queen begins to see a changing world through new eyes, joyfully reclaiming her humanity.

7. The Exorcism of Emily Rose

This is a 2005 American drama horror movie that centers around a priest who is sent to jail because a possessed girl died after he performed exorcism on her. He then faces a court who believes that he killed her because he denied her medical attention. However, it goes beyond that as the existence of demons on Earth are unravelled. Meanwhile, it is a true life story.

8. Body Language

In this Nollywood blockbuster, a mysterious stranger comes into a stripper’s life at the same time, a serial killer goes around town murdering ladies. One is left to wonder if it is a mere coincidence or an ominous design. Featuring Ramsey Nouah.

9. The time of their lives: A former Hollywood star leaves her London retirement home with a friend to go to her ex-husband’s funeral in France. On the way, the two women get romantically involved with a Frenchman.

10. The Foreigner:

A humble London businessman whose long-buried past erupts when the only person left for him to love dies in a senseless act of political terrorism. His relentless search to find the terrorists leads him to a British government official whose own past may hold the clues to the identities of the elusive killers. Featuring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan.

Last week,this was one of the movies listed but it had not started showing in Nigeria. Now it is.
