Saturday Motivation: The art of forgiveness

He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this, we are less prone to hate our enemies ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

You can never flow with your natural energy of love unless you release the negative energy of hate, anger, intolerance or blame. Every soul in your path has a free will and you have no control over that.

What you do have control over is how you react to the manifestations of other’s free will. Plus, when we can spare a thought about the other person’s humanity (because indeed there is an evil in the best of us and good in the worst of us), forgiveness will come easily.

Its even worse that some people don’t seek forgiveness, some think they’ve earned the right to your forgiveness but you have to let all that go because eventually, forgiveness is for your own peace of mind.

The most important person you must learn to forgive is always YOURSELF. You first before others. Once you learn to forgive yourself, it’s easier to pass it on to the next person.

Blaming yourself for your failures, incompetences, wrong decisions, delayed reactions, lack of will…and so much more blocks the natural flow of love which will attract all good things into your life.

It has never been healthy to keep grudges against one other, be it a lousy ex, disgruntled family member, co-worker, neighbours and even those who feel they have done nothing wrong to be forgiven.

Never let them steal your peace. Let go and enjoy the serenity of life.😇😇😇

Good morning dear people. It’s the weekend, have a super relaxing day😎.

Love always.. M
